Outdoor PE Loose tube Cables are perfectly suitable for installation in ducts, tunnels, and other applications where impact protections and circuit integrity are critical. PE-rated outdoor Loose Multi-tube cables are available from 48-288 count with variable sub-cable dimensions to support specific termination and routing requirements. The offered cables are fully compliant with the relevant IEC specifications. The multi loose tube cable construction consists of up to 288, 250µm optical fibers in 12 fiber gel filled loose tubes with fillers where appropriate, SZ stranded around a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) central strength member with water swellable threads and water swellable tape.
